The fragrance changes over time depending on the three fragrance lines

– top note: contains volatile substances that evaporate and disappear the fastest. This is the first smell you feel when the alcohol has evaporated. It is a fragrance whose task is to encourage us to buy selected perfumes. It is felt for 3 to 5 minutes

– heart note: the fragrance contains semi-volatile substances. Here the note is usually composed of floral and fruity scents and blends with the still existing faint top note.

– base note: it is the base of the fragrance which includes fixatives, aromas of trees, spices, extracts of oriental tree resins (forest tones), musk, ambergris, vanilla. They make the perfume last for a long time after unfolding the bouquet of aromas

The smells in the notes are often intertwined in a way that is reminiscent of creating music or poems. So there are compositions with a leading scent created in such a way that in all three notes some of the ingredients have a similar scent to each other; “rhyming” compositions, in which there are two or more similar-smelling ingredients in the base and high notes, and the middle note lacks them, and the most difficult to compose, but at the same time the most original, “contrasting” compositions, in which there are no repeating ingredients, and instead there are ingredients that are in sharp contrast to each other that is leveled and complemented by neutral ingredients.
